LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2NW1/4) in Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range One (1) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  Selling as 79.32 acres more or less.

LOCATION:  From Hwy 34 & 69, go north 3 miles to Road 18, then east 1 mile, then south 1/4 mile on Road W, farm is on east side of the road.

SOILS:  Predominately Hastings silt loam 0 to 1%, Hastings silt loam 1 to 3%, Crete silt loam 0 to 1%, Fillmore silt loam, frequently ponded.

GENERAL INFORMATION:  The FSA records indicate there are 79.23 cropland acres and 78.00 base acres.  The feed grain base is 38.99 acres, corn and 39.01 acres, soybeans.  All farm producers with interest in the cropland must make a unanimous election in 2019 or either ARC-CO or PLC on a crop-by-crop basis; for all covered commodity base acres on a farm.  This election will apply to the farm for 2019 through 2023.  Program election changes are permitted in crop years 2021, 2022 and 2023.  This tract’s wetland determinations not complete.  There are no HEL acres on this farm.
