LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) in Section Seventeen (17), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Three (3) West of the 6th P.M., less Tax Lot B, Polk County, Nebraska.  Selling as 156 acres more or less.

LOCATION:  From the corner of Hwy 81 and Hwy 66, go 5 miles west then 1 3/4 miles north.

SOILS:  Hastings silt loam 0 to 1%, Uly silt loams 3 to 6%, and Hastings silt loam 1 to 3%.

GENERAL INFORMATION:  The FSA records approximated there are 148.07 cropland acres and 145.20 base acres.  The approximate feed grain base is 145.20 acres, corn.  All farm producers with interest in the cropland must make a unanimous election in 2021 or either ARC-CO or PLC on a crop-by-crop basis; for all covered commodity base acres on a farm.  This election will apply to the farm for 2021 through 2023.  Program election changes are permitted in crop years 2021, 2022 and 2023.  Wetland determinations not complete.  NHEL: No agricultural commodity planted on undetermined fields.
