LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1/2NE1/4) and the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2SE1/4) in Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Four (4) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  Selling as 165+/- acres.

LOCATION:  From the corner of Hwy 34 and Road E, go 4 1/4 miles north.

SOILS:  Predominately Hastings silt loam 0 to 1%, Hastings silt loam 1 to 3%, and Butler silt loam 0 to 1%.
