LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) in Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Twelve (12) North, Range One (1) East of the 6th P.M., Seward County, Nebraska.  Selling as 120 acres more or less.

LOCATION:   From corner of Hwy 34 & 462nd Road (Bronco Spur ) go 5 3/4 miles north.

SOILS:  Predominately Hastings silt loam 1 to 3%, Hastings silty clay loam 7 to 11% eroded, Muir silt loam 1 to 3% and Hall Silt loam 0 to 1%.

GENERAL INFORMATION:  The FSA records indicate there are101.60 cropland acres and 100.00 base acres.  The feed grain base is 15.70 acres, wheat; 80.60 acres, grain sorghum and 3.70 acres, soybeans.  All farm producers with interest in the cropland must make a unanimous election in 2019 or either ARC-CO or PLC on a crop-by-crop basis; for all covered commodity base acres on a farm.  This election will apply to the farm for 2019 through 2023.  Program election changes are permitted in crop years 2021, 2022 and 2023.  Wetland determinations not complete.  HEL determinations not completed for all fields on the tract.
